SWPN Partners

he SWPN membership includes stakeholders from the private, public, and civil-society sectors. It is co-chaired by the Department of Water and Sanitation (DWS) (public sector) and Nestlé (private sector).
South Africa’s National Water Resources Strategy (2012) formally identifies the SWPN as the key platform to facilitate water management partnerships between DWS, the private sector, civil society and other key stakeholders.
